Gentle Yoga for relaxation to dynamic, creative and strength building.

 

Slow Flow with Aimee
Tuesday 7am
In person and online.

Following a slow rhythm led by the breath, this class is sequenced to wake the body up while keeping the nervous system relaxed.
We will start with a floor sequence and work our way up to a standing sequence.

Flow express with Benji

Thursday - 12:15 

A class to get the body warmed up and develop strength, flexibility and balance by moving through a flowing series of poses.

Inversion Flow with Benji 
Monday 6pm (45min)
In person and online.

45 mins power and playful yoga class where we’ll move into a progressive flow focus on several key arm balances and inversions to work towards. All levels are welcome, however some Yoga experience is recommended.

Creative Flow with Olga
Wednesday & Friday 12:15 (45 min)

A playful and creative yoga class focused on finding a sense of moving through space. Expect flowing sequences with funky twists to cultivate an ability to move with ease and efficiency

Ashtanga Basics with Benji
Wednesday 7pm (1 hour)

Set Yoga sequence ideal for people looking for a physically challenging style of practice. The class is an introduction to the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga, mainly focusing in sun salutations, standing postures and exploring part of the seated/finishing sequence. Suitable for all levels.

Saturday 6pm (45 min)
Inversion flow with Benji

45 mins power and playful yoga class where we’ll move into a progressive flow focus on several key arm balances and inversions to work towards. All levels are welcome, however some Yoga experience is recommended.
