Here we can start finding our ‘hands’ upside down. This class will use floor drills and shaping exercises to build up from headstands and gentle inversions with a wall or chair to build confidence in a handstand shape… and begin to find that elusive hold!
Saturday 12 noon (60min)
Handstand development (improvers).
If hand balance improvement has become a source of puzzlement, then this is the class for you! With a focussed small group (max. 4 participants), you will work through an individual 4 week program. You will receive a training program for 3 sessions a week, along with the class dedicated to reviewing your personal progress with the drills and activities. Got a goal? Let’s meet it!
